Complete Real’s application
Use Real’s official portal. Supply the requested license and membership information there, review the Independent Contractor Agreement and addenda, and pay the applicable joining fee.
Confirm your sponsor choice
Sponsorship is voluntary. Check the name and email in your application and Sponsorship Addendum before you sign. Direct any uncertainty to Real’s onboarding team.
Coordinate your Washington transition
Follow Real’s state guide for license, board, and MLS transfers. Arrange advertising updates and any permissible listing or transaction transitions with the relevant brokers and company onboarding team.
